You might have noticed, I've been abandoning my blog a little lately. Besides being busy with the never ending work on our house, I have a few things I need to work out and reorginaze before I can get back to my normal routine blogging. It just doesn't feel right to me to go so long without blogging, but at the same time it's been kinda nice. 

Onto a different subject, you might have noticed how I mentioned the way I've been eating. I call it eating VEGAN, but it's really more than that. I'm more leaning towards eating 100% fruits, veggies, nuts, and whole grains. I feel like we were probably always meant to eat that way. It's actually super refreshing and not as hard to do as it may sound. Anyway, I'm not super strict about it, try to eat that way whenever I can, and I feel much better about myself if I make it through the day eating only whole foods. I could go on, but I'm not going to make this post about that. I just wanted to explain a little before I go on. Here's some pictures from the last couple weeks:

So, this actually should be titled "Life This last TWO weeks..." Life's been SO crazy, I just completely spaced doing this post last week, so I guess I get to share TWICE as many pictures. I hope you are all having a lovely weekend. I just got back from picking up 10 gallons of paint, so we are officially beginning paint and no more primering! My Father-In-Law was moved to rehab a couple days ago and is off his pain medication! So, thank the Lord, he is on the road to recovery

Introduced to headphones and hooked, A yummy salad at Dream Cafe with the fam, Yay for down town water fountains, my G-Pa showing me how to burn wood grain, wearing my 50 cent shirt, can't stop painting my nails red, a thrifted afghan that makes me smile, My handmade chalkboard for Jacob and Rachel, hand made Bunting, 1:30 in the morning and finally getting ready to head home after another long day.

It's been such a rough week. I really appreciate all of the prayers and concerns for my Father-in-law. He has so many that truly care for him, it amazes me. I think all we can do now is to just pray, pray, pray.

A lovely walk, craving cold things during the hot weather, infatuated with motorcycles, cuddling with mama during a movie, *The Hunger Games for the second time, a blurry picture of the perfect coffee table.

*Can we just talk about The Hunger Games for a moment? I went to see it twice last week. I made my husband see it with me the second time around. I've heard a lot of people don't like the film compared to the books. Some think it needed to focus on the romance more and what not. I think however the film was made, it would be way too hard to jam all of the many great things from the book to the film. I really thought the film was good and probably wouldn't have done it much different if it was myself. Although, I definitely wish that the film portrayed a lot of the feelings and the emotions better, but like I said it's so difficult to jam so much into a little film. So, what about you?
