The other day I had a huge craving for a healthier sort of pizza, so I made this concoction, and it turned out QUITE AMAZING! I was going to make a glutent free crust, but didn't have the right kind of flours on hand, so I just made a whole wheat crust. For the sauce I mixed cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasonings, and a little bit of canned spinach. The toppings were diced broccoli, sweet peppers, cherry tomatoes(halved), and onion. You can add just about whatever sounds good.
