A few people have asked me what kind of foods I feed Everett. It's pretty difficult to grab and make something easy and nutritious for your toddler during a busy day. I like discovering new meals for him that are easy to fix, easy for him to eat, and also good for him. Here are a few of his meals from this last week.
Lunch: Pumpernickel Rye, Mayo, Mustered, Tuna, and diced pickles |
Snack: Mandrin Oranges and Rasins |
Breakfast: Bagel with Butter, Rasberries, and Blueberries |
Dinner: Cooked Veggies, Turkey Dog w/ Catsup, and Cottage Cheese |
Dinner: Turkey, Cheese, and Pears |
Lunch: Asparagus, Pretzels, and Apricots w/ Maple Yogurt. |
If you have any great ideas let me know!
It looks like he has yummy meals, and healthy ones, too.
